Let’s Get Baking

Most baking recipes need to be executed with careful attention to detail to be successful, unlike cooking where you can just throw ingredients together and still achieve a delicious meal. We will study the proper French techniques and explore other baking techniques and recipes from other regions of the world. This class will involve a LOT of butter, flour, sugar and most of all fun! This class is for all skill levels. If your student is more advanced I will make sure to challenge them with more difficult concepts and techniques.

Please Note: I am happy to try to make accommodations for those students who are gluten and dairy free by choice. Unfortunately, I cannot make accommodations for those with severe food allergies as cross contamination can happen and I do not have a gluten/dairy/or nut free kitchen. Organic fruits/vegetables and other organic foods are used when possible but not exclusively.  If you have questions, please feel free to reach out and we can discuss.
